Return Policy

We know you will be 100% happy with your Hammock World purchase. However, in the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Simply return the item to us, in its' original condition and we will refund the cost of the product. We are unable to refund the return shipping cost.

If the product was received damaged, defective or faulty and is being returned, then our policy will cover the return shipping cost which will be refunded.
